"My work explores images of the human body in terms of identity, sexuality, gender, and culture, while also investigating limitations of the body and boundaries of communication. The work uses a wide range of media, including glass, mirror, and vinyl, in installations, performances, and videos. My work examines the relationship between how people understand their body and how this understanding serves as a representation of the self. The element of a living body is critical in my work, intimately confronting the viewer to deepen the understanding of the body."
