Alda Rose was born in Watsonville, California in 1981. She moved to Iceland at 5 and lived there with her mom until she turned 20 and moved back to California. She has been living in the bay area since with her son and husband. Alda Rose graduated from the Academy of Art University with a BFA, majoring in Printmaking in 2008.
