Active Ideas Productions needs you!

We’re currently looking for a handful of volunteers to help us plan and execute our first gala event to raise money for the publication of the Point Suite Art Book – a professionally printed hardbound book that will feature the work of 40 emerging visual artists – as well as help organize the day-to-day operation of the company.

Upcoming projects include setting up the Facebook Fan Page, organizing our mailing list, and planning details of the Point Suite Art Ball, to be held on September 24, 2009.

We will also need you to work at the event itself, which will be held in an amazing event space overlooking the Hudson River with a guest list filled with up-and-coming New York and international artists (you can check out event details at http://pointsuiteartball.eventbrite.com).

Hours are flexible, and many projects can be accomplished at home with a computer and Internet connection. We cannot provide pay, but are happy to write a letter for college credit or create a suitable title for your resume.

We’re looking for people with organized, take-charge personalities who are also very social and keenly interested in the arts world.
