532 Gallery is committed to showing cutting edge contemporary art of international artists at all levels of their careers in a variety of media, from painting and photography to sculpture, installation and video.

Rob Greene

Rob Greene is the founder of Greene Exhibitions, a Los Angeles gallery that supports emerging and mid career artists. Prior to that, Rob co-founded Greene Park Gallery to present a series of group exhibitions at pop up locations throughout Los Angeles.

Jefferson Godard

Jefferson served as the acquisition director and founder of Emerge, a thriving group of young collectors that helps to bring work into the Museum of Contemporary Art of Chicago's collection. He was also a founding member of Forum 400 at Gallery 400 at UIC Chicago and serves on programming for the Society for Contemporary Arts at the Art Institute of Chicago. Jefferson has curated shows in Berlin, France and his home Chicago. He opened Aspect Ratio in September 2012. Aspect Ratio represents emergent and established artists is devoted to video art.

Hi Lili! Thanks for your comment. We do strive for diversity in our Juror choices, geographically, culturally, professionally and according to gender. Remember you are seeing only the jury from this one Round-- only three jurors out of the near 100 jurors that have participated in the Showcase competition over the years. We've also had many all-women juries in the past, and I dare say I think we've invited more women than men all in all. But your comment spurs us on to seek even more diversity in our jury! members

Suggestion for the future: please include a more diverse group of jurors for your next round. At least one woman, if not more.
