The Whitney Museum of American Art is the world’s leading museum of twentieth-century and contemporary art, focusing particularly on works by living artists.

Curated by Wade Guyton and Jay Sanders, EMERGENCY CHEESECAKE will be an evening of performance featuring young, New York City–based artists. In their individual practices, these artists explore a vast spectrum of media and form, bringing various skillsets to the forefront of their creative processes. Presenting an array of music, live DJ sets, video work, screenings, and performance experiences, the evening will be an opportunity for further experimentation and collaboration.
