In conjunction with its exhibition “Between Earth and Heaven: The Architecture of John Lautner,” the Hammer Museum is offering tours of some of Lautner’s best-known residential projects. These will occur throughout the months of July and August, and will no doubt shape their audience by the fact of their extremely high cost—but the experience promises to be edifying in a priceless sort of way.
