 Tu Lan Laurie Lazer from the Luggage Store has been eating here for years and is "sick of it," but if you've never been to Tu Lan on 6th Street, don't be turned off by the rag-tag squadron of street hustlers outside, or the homely interior--at Tu Lan you can eat like a king for under $10. This is world-class Vietnamese cuisine in gigantic proportions; it is advised to share an entree ($4.25-$6.75) between two people, and you'll still have leftovers.
