Hello frends! I am an artist. My roots take place in St.Petersburg, which has great architecture, culture and history that influenced me once and forever. The Puerto Banús Strip Is Decadent and Depraved   Pick-button-0f29c6c075c514ef3a12253f1d60018e

They call it “Marbs.” Some of them do, anyway—not the real deal money; not 'Tony' and 'Mel' Banderas-Griffiths, whose beach-front palace’s lease, quite tragically, outlived their marriage—but the ones who are there for an earthier breed of bacchanal: the drunks, the San Tropez tanners, the motor-mouthed swimsuit babes, the rutting Croyden bucks—and so on, and so forth. Breasts as buoyant as puppies; pectorals as tight as spinster's mouths: the strip on Puerto... [more]

The Charm of Su-Ink
by
7/28/15 Posted 7/28/15

** The Charm of Su-Ink: The charm of Su-ink is Su-ink Sectarian of Teacher-Zu, Mo-Jie Wang master with traditional Chinese set aside a large Splash method ink, boldly use the charm of Su-ink , the Su-ink rhyme and taste play to... Plastic Paralysis at Studio Bongiorno
by
7/10/15 Posted 7/10/15

I had a rude awakening this last April when Robin Lysne asked me to participate in the June/July exhibit "Plastic Paralysis" at Studio Bongiorno in Santa Clara, CA. I had no idea that plastic was and is creating a huge environmental disaster: huge funnel like gyres larger than the state of Texas made of floating plastic debris in all of the world's major oceans. As a result, plastic has invaded the food chain in both minute and/or large form in most all fish and sea mammals. To me what hit home was se... [more]

Private and Confidential
by
Mark Stammers at AE Contemporary Art Gallery June 27th - July 18th
Posted 6/30/15

This exhibition is called Private and Confidential, the pieces are beautifully framed prints, that vibrate with luminous colour and luscious brush strokes, these seductive effects give a warm and enticing atmosphere to the imagery, but underneath is a certain and sudden shock as the mind realises the figurative imagery that challenges the imagination and beckons satire and paradox, and the cartoon, these seem to rent through the surface of appearances.....perhaps to comfort the knowing viewer wi... by

We all dream of undiscovered treasures, particularly hidden gems in unknown or obscure places. When we think about what mid 20th century American art history, we often immediately think of abstract painters like Jackson Pollock. Yet, there were other forces of creativity at work, often in relatively remote places as far as the art world is concerned. One such artist was Edward E. Boccia, an American painter, born in 1921 in New Jersey (d. 2012, St. Louis, Missouri). Virtually unknown today, the i... [more]
