WE Artspace is pleased to announce the opening of Rebirth, the concept that objects and ideas have an expiration date for every individual.  One day we may need it, the next day not. Others may not care and some just get lost. The idea of rebirth is to bring art work together that is created by these lost and forgotten items. Art work exhibited by recent graduates of the SFAI Masters of Fine Art Program, Nicholas Bohac and Robyn Engle. Opening reception will be held on Sunday March 7 from 5-9pm, with musical performances by Seasick, Dakota Slim and Coyote Girl, beginning at 7pm. This exhibit will be installed till March 28, 2010.

Artist couple, Tina Dillman and Naaman Rosen in July 2009, founded WE art- space. It is the focus of the space to navigate culture through primarily two-dimensional, cutting edge art produced by Bay Area residents. Viewing hours are Friday and Saturday 12pm -3pm and by appointment. To schedule an appointment please contact info@weartspace.com. WE artspace is located at 768 40th Street, Oakland, CA, 94609, on the corner of 40th and West Street, just two blocks west of the MacArthur Bart Station.
