Official Public Grand Opening Celebration of “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet,” a national public art exhibit featuring more than 50 vibrant, super-sized globes designed by local and national artists to convey a different message about what ordinary citizens can do to combat global warming.
Event will include the unveiling of six new globes designed by local artists, including the students of Manual Arts High School and A Place Called Home youth center. Live entertainment and refreshments will be provided.
