> DESCRIPTION

 

Create Equality, a newly mobilized grassroots 

organization, invites the nation to join forces and participate in GALLERY EQUALITY on Sunday, 

February 15th from 6 – 9pm.  The event seeks to bring together gay and straight artists to generate 

awareness for marriage and family equality. The event will host a silent auction to raise money for Create 

Equality, Marriage Equality USA and Family Equality Council. 

 

The event will include an art walk through six galleries on La Cienega in Culver City. Participating 

galleries include: Walter Maciel, Taylor de Cordoba, George Billis Gallery, Sandroni.Rey, Blum & Poe, 

LAXART, Kim Light and Maloney Fine Art. SmogShoppe, a solar-powered “urban oasis” is sponsoring a 

silent auction (and free valet parking). 

The silent auction will take place at 2651 S. La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90034
