SlaughterhouseSpace, a converted century-old slaughterhouse on the grounds of Duchamp Winery is very proud to present the second annual Humane Slaughter Acts Performance Festival, an extraordinary half-day event of contemporary performance art curated by artist Jordan Essoe. Nine of the Bay Area's foremost performance artists will present seven independent 20-minute performances, engaging with a wide spectrum of subject matter, format, and materials - including body art, relational art, stage acting, a live interview, and more. Performing artists include Takehito Etani, Linda Ford, Jennifer Locke, Pam Martin, Travis Meinolf, Maragret Tedesco, Meredith Tromble, Kathrine Worel, and Michael Zheng.

The festival also includes an exhibition featuring a video by New York artist Shannon Plumb and works on paper by San Francisco-based artists Henry Turmon and Gail Wight.
