September Sweetness is an installation where artists R. Streitmatter-Tran (Vietnam) and Chaw Ei Thein (Myanmar) construct a Burmese inspired temple from 5.5 tons of granulated sugar. The installation debuts at the South Beach Development site of the Singapore Biennale and will erode over the span of the exhibition.
