Homemade: Brooklyn is a pop-up showcase for local artists and designers. Curated by Jessica Goldfond, founder of Homemade: Brooklyn and online design community The Shiny Squirrel, this round will focus on beautiful handcrafted furniture and decor with which to adorn your home. Our studios will transform into your perfect living room (but you can take everything you see home).
Ooh and ahh over the skillfully crafted pieces and stave off any mid-shop hunger with drinks from Sixpoint Craft Ales and locally made snacks.
Plus, get your learn on with free educational workshops throughout the day. You can even get a free haircut from Woodley and Bunny’s Sarah Butler in exchange for an art piece or service.
Live music starts at 7pm. CMJ performer SAADI will bring her intoxicatingly lovely beats and vocals, Unsolved Mysteries (fronted by Jacobs by Marc Jacobs designer Jon Lynn) will charm you with their synthy, ethereal dance music, and Glazz will mesmerize with their interactive performance art.
