12345 West Dixie is a loft-style communal creative center with photography production studios, a spacious art gallery and lease space for the creative community.
It is housed in a classic Miami Modern Streamline storefront building located in the North Miami (NOMI) Arts District four blocks west of The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA). Founded in 2001, 12345 West Dixie, is owned by Deborah Gray Mitchell, Paul Morris and Jillen Lippincott. Please contact us for more information on our services and the facility.
The Photography Production Studio and Gallery is available on daily or weekly basis for photo shoots, art exhibits, openings, seminars, music and, town hall meetings as well as for film and TV production and talent castings.
