TSVETANA YVANOVA

STUDY  has a as a unique story as its raw appearance.  A true study - it was cast upon the insistence of a fellow sculptor , a legend in the California  art community. Intended as a study for a refined portrait - it was left with scalpel strokes on the surface. The intention is to have the actual surface unperfected by machinery, thus creating a more genuine feel. Cast in bronze, limited edition of  30, with light variegated hot patina, this piece bears the stamp and a signnature of the Artist on the metal.Title is engraved on the black  marble base.
