Austin/Desmond Fine Art

Austin/Desmond Fine Art specialises in Modern British, Irish and International art. Established in 1979, the gallery has been located in Bloomsbury, London since 1988.

The gallery deals in paintings, drawings and sculpture by renowned artists including Frank Auerbach, Jean Dubuffet, Dan Flavin, Lucian Freud, Barbara Hepworth, Howard Hodgkin, David Hockney, Henry Moore, Richard Hamilton, Ben Nicholson, Bridget Riley and Cy Twombly.

The gallery also contains an extensive International collection with empahsis on abstract works by Latin American and European artists.

As well as buying and selling important works, the gallery holds a comprehensive stock with a particular emphasis on 20 th Century British art.

A yearly exhibition programme of classic painting and sculpture is complimented with a series of contemporary shows.
