Established in 1996, Body & Soul is a pioneering UK charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children, teenagers and families living with, or affected by HIV. In 2011 Body & Soul devised the ‘Life In My Shoes’ campaign to educate young people beyond the facts of HIV and to explore their attitudes and behaviour around the misconceptions associated with HIV. Central to this campaign is the short film;Undefeated (Dir. Tudor Payne) premiered in December 2012 is based on the real life stories of young people living with HIV - a story of youth, hatred, courage and pace in an inner city London school. This is one girl’s struggle to overcome a world intent on holding her back. The film will be followed with a short Q&A session.
