> DESCRIPTION

Grosvenor Vadehra is proud to present 2012: A Further Global Encounter, an exhibition showcasing the best of Contemporary Art from India. The exhibition will coincide with the Olympic Games which are being hosted in London this year. The games will be the centre of attention and will showcase the best athletes the world has to offer in one of the world’s most high spirited cities.

During this exciting time, Grosvenor Vadehra has selected thirteen leading Indian artists to represent India in London. The exhibition aims to explore contemporary issues and ideas that are not only local and specific to India, but which deal with aspects of the global panorama as well.
