Born in Cambridge, Williams studied for her BA in Sports Performance at the University of Bath. Williams is part of the British bob skeleton team. Evolved from the Cresta Run, bob skeleton is head-first tobogganing down a bobsleigh track. Women's skeleton first featured in the Winter Olympics in 2002, when Britain won the bronze medal. Williams came 5th in the 2009/2010 end of season rankings, and at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, became the first British individual gold medalist at a Winter Olympics for 30 years.
Canadian-born to Estonian parents, Kaul learnt lighting techniques working in the film industry, before establishing himself as a commercial photographer. Kaul has worked for the Guardian Weekend magazine, Time Out, GQ, the BBC and Channel 4. He currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
