Pink Birthday Cake is one of the paintings from my first solo show at Copro Nason Gallery in 2008. Pink Birthday Cake combines baby animals and a very young girl, all innocent because they are so young yet each one, in time, will grow into adulthood and that growth brings with it a hardening of character and of nature.
