LA Artcore is a non profit organization providing two exhibition spaces for the presentation of innovative contemporary artists of diverse cultural backgrounds and a forum for dialogue between artists and their audience. Through these spaces LA Artcore can present regional and international exhibits that help develop the arts in a way that encourages a vibrant and dynamic community. LA Artcore provides educational programs and workshops to expand and assist viewers, particularly in undeserved communities, in understanding the contemporary visual language.
LA Artcore promotes art that captures the culturally diverse spirit of the Southern California art community, by educating and cultivating an appreciation for the value of the visual arts and creativity.
LA Artcore is dedicated to expanding the interaction between artists and audiences. The organization provides a platform to encourage the exchange of information. ideas and facilitate the awareness of the essence of creativity through regular exhibitions and conducting the "Conversation with the Artists" hosted by representatives from the Board of Trustees. We share with people of all ages and cultural background an opportunity to observe contemporary art and interact directly with the artists. Artists, in turn, gain insight and clarity about their work through communication with a broad-based audience.
