Living Room LA

Last June’s ETA LA, Enormous Tiny Art: Los Angeles, Nahcotta gallery’s first foray into the tiny art world of the West coast, is once again coming to pass in Los Angeles. ETA LA II is transpiring at Living Room on Sunset Boulevard in the uber hip Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, beginning on December 4th and remaining on exhibition until January 15th, 2010. The opening party is free and open to the public and takes place Friday, December 4th, from 8 – 10 p.m! Cupcakes, art lovers, wine, awesome, affordable artwork, and a dee jay - who could want for anything more?

ETA LA II, staying true to past ETA exhibitions, shows incredibly affordable, diverse, unusual, and diminutive artwork from artists hailing exclusively from the West coast. The paintings, collages, photographs, monoprints and mixed media works within ETA LA II are 10" x 10" or less and come in at a price tag under $500 each, resulting in over 100 pieces of affordable original art exhibited at Living Room (www.livingroomhome.com), Silver Lake’s most spacious, modern, and eclectic showroom. Owner Steve Melendrez is a longtime supporter and collector of the arts, having logged many art-oriented Living Room experiences with famed graffiti artists such as Blek Le Rat.  As part of the ETA LA II exhibition celebration, Living Room is offering a one-night only sale on all Living Room purchases, custom or otherwise, the night of the opening reception.

All ETA LA II artwork will be available for viewing and purchase at Living Room the night of the December 4th reception and will be continuously available for purchase via www.enormoustinyart.com throughout the duration of the show until the 15th of January.
