LA Artcore is proud to announce its second installment of Crosscurrent, an exhibition hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, Makii Masaru Fine Arts and LA Artcore. The artists in this exhibition come from diverse backgrounds whose careers span in scope from emerging to established, are of different generations, have varying degrees of education and represent a diverse cross-section of aesthetic approaches.
This exhibition was co-produced in conjunction with Contemporary Artist Center (Japan)
Artists participating from the United States: Suguru Hiraide, Hei Myung Hyun, Beanie Kaman, Joel King, Yun Sun Lee, Kaoru Mansour, Geoff Mitchell, Dan Nadaner, Michael Freitas Wood, Jae Hwa Yoo, and Peter Zaleski.
LA Artcore’s exchange show programs such as "Crosscurrent" have served the artists by establishing national and international networks of artists and arts professionals which in turn become a resource for supporting the development of each artist’s careers.
