WHAT: A Pop Up Cheese & Wine Tasting in conjunction with the "In The Realm Of The Senses" Art Exhibit curated by L. Croskey. A multi-flight prix fixe oral and aural temptation of the palate with Talia Wabnig as guide, the tasting features affordable cheeses from The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills paired with popularly priced wines from the Hess Collection.
The brainchild of Wabnig, Blind Tiger started out as a series of spontaneous, underground word-of-mouth pop up cheese and wine tastings happening in offbeat locations.
Wabnig is a local artist whose travels in Europe and time spent at her father's cheese store are the inspiration for the informative and fun tastings.
Wabnig met L. Croskey, a.k.a. LC, an underground art curator and partner at Cannibal Flower and Thinkspace Gallery. A dialogue about art, the senses and epicurean pleasures ensued, culminating in this pop up tasting as part of LC's mission to bringing a broader dimension to his exhibitions in the growing downtown art scene.
