Artists throughout Southern California are invited to submit their work to the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery for a July exhibition. All entries that meet our guidelines will be accepted. Call gallery for details.

$20.00 per Artist

(Cash or check with I.D. at time of delivery)

Make check payable to City of Los Angeles

ALL proceeds will benefit the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery

Rules of Entry

Only one artwork may be submitted by each artist

Original work, completed since January 2005

Size maximum - No dimension more than 10 feet

Size minimum - No dimension less than 12 inches

Weight maximum - 75 pounds

Insurance value maximum - $300.00

Artwork must be ready to hang with rigid frames, wire and eye hooks

No alligator clips or corner clip frames

Works on paper must be framed and under glass or Plexiglas

If sculpture requires a special pedestal, it must be provided by artist

Video Art – DVD only, 5 minute maximum with credits

Artwork Delivery:

Saturday July 7 and Sunday, July 8, 9am – 6 pm

Exhibition Dates:

July 20 – August 26, 2007

Reception:  Sunday, July 22, 2 pm – 5 pm

Artwork Pick-Up:

Monday, August 27, 9am – 9 pm
