> DESCRIPTION
If you hear excess barking at the Topanga Canyon Gallery, perhaps a visit to the July art show is the answer!  “Why Animals?” is a group show of animals and their artists.  This unique group of  30+ artists shares their passion for animals through a wide variety of mediums.   The show features work from gallery members as well as guest artists from around the country.  Art prodige’ Jared Seff from Florida is our youngest artist at age 16.  Eric Ginsburg’s work travels all around Europe.  Local pet portrait artists Robyn Feeley and Debbi Green have spent many hours coordinating this fun event including a silent auction wall featuring Pot Belly Pig Artwork donated by each artist in the show.  Proceeds from the auction will benefit Rescue Me

Inc, a non-profit animal rescue that specializes (but not limited too)  special needs dogs.  It is our hope that this show will help raise animal awareness as well as raise the necessary funds needed to house and feed our abandoned animals. ( and artists!)

Topanga Canyon Gallery is pleased to open this eclectic show on Tuesday July 3rd 2007.

Artist Reception & Silent Auction Saturday, July 14th 5-8PM.    Come meet our artists and join our cast of celebrities, including resident artist Tony Dow, as we celebrate all of our four legged friends!
