Feminine Oddities LLC host the closing show at the Hive Gallery the last Friday of every month! March it’s a one night stand of art, music, and more titled "Bombshell-ter!". Feminine Oddities LLC was formed by emerging artist and performer Debra Haden to showcase her many talents and the talents of others. The mission and inspiration of this company is derived from the term Wabi-Sabi. It’s an understated beauty that is striking but not obvious, it is imperfect, incomplete and should be treasured because it will not last forever. Feminine Oddities "Where beauty is found in the oddest ways." A portion of company profits are donated by Feminine Oddities to Zoe Children’s Homes http://www.zoechildrenshomes.org Feminine Oddities is in no way affiliated with Zoe, helping children is simply our cause of choice. Please donate to Zoe and fight for those that cannot fight for themselves.

It’s another Feminine Oddities cocktail: “Bombshell-ter!” A post-apocalyptic party like no other! See what happens after a nuclear fall-out forced the Feminine Oddities to go into hiding in a 1950’s “Bombshell-ter” only to later re-emerge and realize things on the surface have definitely changed. Mayhem, destruction, and mutants run amuck! And the poor Oddities were down in the shelter with nary a man in sight. Expect pin-up art, music, Bombshell burlesque, cookies and more!! You don’t want to miss what happens when the Oddities raid the Hive every last Friday of the month! Who knew the Oddities had a thing for honey?
March 27, 2009 doors open at 8:30pm- Midnight. Performances start at 9:00pm.
$8 at the door, $5 if dressed as a mutant, pin-up girl, or a military man
