> DESCRIPTION

Lonesome Ghosts a new series of paintings and drawings.
Inspired by signage from a trip to Seoul Korea and influenced by the Work of Paul Bellows and Paul Gauguin.This body of work tries to convey a sense of both moving towards and through the unknown. Appearing along these unknown paths are signs,glimpses, and memories of the past. They are revealed in different forms, such as a dream, an echo or words etched on a rock,indicating a note left behind.

Exploring the idea of finding an exit (or entrance), that can only be crossed by leaving everything behind, saving nothing for the return.
