"adaptation (noun)

(Biological) A change by which an organism or species becomes better suited to its environment.

Adaptations is an ongoing series of video works that explores this phenomenon in a socially-driven, human context. All three works—Puberty, Shaving, and Makeup—are based on measures taken by humans to increase their competitiveness in a specific social context."
