The Textile Society of America (TSA) has organized its first juried exhibition of contemporary textile art in conjunction with its 2014 Biennial Symposium titled New Directions: Examining the Past, Creating the Future. The exhibition includes nineteen works from established and emerging artists that were selected from more that 400 submissions from 159 artists internationally. Exhibition artists include Guillermo Bert, Lia Cook, Mariko Kusumoto, June Lee, and Irene Walker among others. Supported in part by the Antonia and Vladimir Kulaev Cultural Heritage Foundation.
