> DESCRIPTION

The Art Gallery at Moorpark College is pleased to present MONSTERS IN THE CLOSET, a solo
exhibition by Los Angeles-based artist Niku Kashef. Kashef’s large-scale photographs are
captivating and magical explorations of childhood dreams and memories. The exhibition will open on October 20 and continue through November 15, 2008. A reception for the artist will be held at the gallery on Thursday, October 30, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The artist will give a talk about her work at 2:30 p.m., discussing her unique process and content. A question and answer session will follow.
