3-BEDROOM / 3.5 BATH TOWNHOUSE (#856) / 3 PRIVATE BALCONIES / 3183 SQ.FT.
This residence has a pool and courtyard view, and is occupied by a solar technology entrepreneur in his late-30’s, his 6-year old daughter and her miniature poodle. He desires an intimate-feeling space and a subdued palette despite the large square footage. He wants sustainable design all-the-way. An idealist who believes solar power can save the world, he entertains potential investors at nearby W, Chloe, and Katsuya; he knows that generosity can be inspired by a good meal. He’s an avid home cook and has small dinner parties occasionally. While he loves the urbanity of Hollywood, he misses having a garden. He travel schedule varies, maybe 2-3 days of the month. Running a company and having 50% custody of his daughter makes the site’s amenities of utmost importance, such as the hiring of a cleaning service, a dog walker and a nanny and assistant who frequently work from his home. He just opened offices in Hollywood, but works from home about 40% of the time; an engineer by training, his tastes reflect a passion for cutting-edge technological design. Indeed, he was the first one to purchase a Tesla. The girl, atypical to her age and gender, does not like pink; she loves to read and have tea parties with her stuffed animals and swoons for Justin Bieber.
