> DESCRIPTION

The nine-piece Israeli-American group Yemen Blues is neither Yemeni nor a blues band. What they are is fascinating and original amalgam of traditional Yemenite melodies that deftly navigate blues, jazz, funk and more, anchored by the deft vision and powerful voice of former Idan Raichel Project vocalist Ravid Kahalani.
