Dutch Door Space, which is Assistant Director of RAID Projects, Molly Shea’s studio, transforms into a temporary space for performances, screenings and events. From October 28th till December 16th, every Sunday night, there will be a series of performances counting down till the gallery show in December. On December 21, 2012, there will be a screening of these performances and opening of show at RAID Projects entitled, “Finished in LA”.

The performers, coming from a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and performance approaches, will be using the theme of “The End of the World” as a way of manifesting their own interpretation of where we are now, and where we are going. From performances that are lost in space, to performances about our scientific evolution, to interactive predictions, to heavy drinking, each performance reflects the individual's coping mechanisms to the unknown.
