The Art Directors Guild, representing 1,800 Production Designers, Art Directors, Scenic, Title and Graphic Artists, Set Designers and Illustrators will present its third annual exhibition of its members' personal artwork: ART UNITES opening September 14, 2008 and running through October 5 at the NoHo Gallery LA in the historic Lankershim Arts Center located at 5108 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood.

During the day, these artists are leading design professionals, who through a combination of observation, passion and imagination, bring the writer's words and the director's vision to life on the screens of television and film. When not working everyday as integral creative members of the entertainment community, these ADG members contribute to the fine art scene with their personal artwork.

Art Unites will open Sunday, September 14, 2008 with a free reception from 4:30pm to 10:30pm featuring the genre-defying string quartet, Supernova.

Work from every medium, including painting, sculpture, woodwork, watercolors, oils, textiles, mixed media and photography will be featured. All works will be available for purchase.
