> DESCRIPTION

Please join us for a night of discussion with our current Visualist-in-Residence, Jared Nielsen, as he continues to explore the realm of “object-oriented ontology.”

Object-oriented ontology (OOO) attempts to reconfigure philosophy not as the study of the being of humans but rather a study of the being of objects where humans are considered one object among many. It is not that all objects are equal but that all objects exist equally.

Presentation will commence at 7pm. (Reservations not required)
