INSIGHTS: The Annual Student Exhibition
May 9 - May 27, 2012

The University Art Museum and the Department of Art present the annual student exhibition, INSIGHTS 2012. The exhibit will feature work by both graduate and undergraduate students from the Department of Art, California State University, Long Beach. Juried by the Department of Art faculty members and distinguished alumni the exhibition highlights work by students in programs including Art Education, Ceramics, Drawing and Painting, Fiber, Graphic Design, llustration/Animation, Metal, Photography, Printmaking, and Wood.

Artists' Reception | May 9 after the Student Award Ceremony | University Art Museum | FREE and open to the public

The Department of Art will present the Student Award Ceremony on May 9 at 4:00 pm in the Horn Center to honor students who have excelled in their media. This ceremony is open to students, parents, the faculty and staff at CSULB, and the general public. The reception for the artists will be held in the University Art Museum immediately following the ceremony, and open to visitors until 8:00 pm
