BONELLI Contemporary is pleased to present a group exhibition entitled KLEVELAND.  Sculpture, installation, drawing, and painting will be presented April 16th - 30th with an opening reception on Saturday April 19th from 6-9pm at our space in Chinatown, adjacent to Hop Louie at 936 Mei Ling Way.  Participating artists are: Sara Clendening, Olga Balema, Kent Hammond, Greta Svalberg, Amy Maloof, Erik Frydenborg, Katie Herzog, Adrian Williams, Henry Taylor, and Michael Decker with a performance by Los Angeles Indie band JEFF at 8pm.

The roster of artists chosen represent an array of mediums, technique, and artistic positions.  Mainly they are artists we admire, who are easy to work with, yet are fastidious in their practice.  Their practice being the unifying thread of the exhibition, if there is one, this sensibility towards the work, in other words, art making on one's own terms.
