> DESCRIPTION

Seven renowned contemporary-traditional artists provide rare glimpses into their private lives with this group exhibition.  In this display of nearly 40 works, the artists share with their paintings the people, places and things that hold special meaning for them.

Each work reveals to the viewer the artist’s distinctive character and how he or she perceives his or her personal world.  Tranquil landscapes disclose the sacred places at which they seek solitude from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  Evocative portraits pay homage to those who inspire them.  And with their intimate interiors, they invite you to experience the environments in which they work and live.
