FAE 2011 is the latest installment of the biennial exhibition dedicated to the extraordinary work of Cerritos College Art & Design and Photography Faculty. This year's show includes twenty-one unique pieces produced by full-time and adjunct faculty in a range of different media; including painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, graphic design, installation, and photography. The Art & Design and Photography faculty members are all industry professionals and working artists exhibiting locally, nationally, and even internationally.
Additionally, the debut of this exhibition is accompanied by the publication of a 108-page catalog, designed by Cerritos College graphic design professor Bonnie Barrett, which includes a curatorial essay from Cerritos College Art Gallery director/curator James MacDevitt, biographies and statements by all participating artists, full-color exhibition plates, and a complete exhibition checklist. A limited number of catalogs will be available for purchase at the opening reception and throughout the run of the show for $25 each.
