> DESCRIPTION
The POWER OF ART (POA) is an annual cultural celebration sponsored by Redondo Beach Art Group (RBAG) with the help of many other community groups.
We hold the event to showcase the works of RBAG artists, bring innovative art to the South Bay, educate, teach the art experience, and instill the importance of the arts in every person’s life. The POA embraces all the arts: visual, music, dance, film, architecture, writing, and poetry. Read an article in The Beach Reporter about Power of Art 2006, the first year POA was held at the AES Power Plant, and an article in The Easy Reader about last years event.
