To create this series of painting, I looked at photographers that's work have a pinhole camera effect. I was inspired by work from artist such as: Peter Eastway, Chris Anthony, Lyndon Wade... 

My characters were ideas in my head and then I take ideas and use shapes to mold them into their individuality. The style is a lot more surreal than earlier work. Marguerite, Dali and Todd Schorr were some of my inspiration.

My backgrounds textures are painted in an impressionist way where spontanious strokes dictate and shape the scenary.
