The Loft at Liz’s, and evarestaurant are collaborating…in the kitchen! We invite you to join us in The Loft for our inaugural cooking class! Saturday, November 6th, 2010 proprietor and chef of evarestaurant, Mark Gold, will be conducting a cooking class! Yes, it has been some time, but with the holidays fast approaching; why not learn some insider tips on creating the perfect meal!
Mark will show you how to make the perfect soup; whether it is pumpkin or potato…you will also learn techniques on cooking the perfect fish. No more 450-degree oven for 1/2 an hour coated in corn flakes! You will learn braising techniques, so that tougher cuts of meat become tender and not leather! We will drink wine so that you can have fun and ask questions! We will gather upstairs at The Loft at Liz’s, located at 453, S. La Brea, Los Angeles, CA 90036.
