The futility of trying to hold on to ephemeral events, to make permanent those things that must change is the basis for Dan Webb's first solo show in Los Angeles.  Deriving its title from the ubiquitous and unkillable weed that sprouts in such great profusion, the sculptures, drawings and photographs of Dan Webb examine the premise that permanence may only be achieved through the ability to adapt and change.
