Justine Serebrin was born in Manhattan Beach, California and now lives in Long Beach. She studied at Otis College of Art and Design, Los Angeles, where she received her BFA in 2007. She has participated in many exhibitions in Los Angeles, as well as in numerous shows at the galleries of Otis College of Art and Design. Serebrin also directed and curated four exhibitions at the Long Beach gallery, Viento y Agua in 2007.
