Gallery BMB

Located in the heart of Mumbai’s Fort area, our aim is to present groundbreaking exhibitions of the very best of international and Indian contemporary art. We are one of the first spaces to showcase many international artists of the highest calibre who, despite critical acclaim from major prestigious institutions (The Louvre - Paris, MoMA - NYC, The Tate Modern - London, etc.), have yet to be shown on this continent. These international artists, along with outstanding emerging Indian artists, are part of BMB’s exciting and dynamic program.

Blurring traditional boundaries between an art space and a commercial gallery, Gallery BMB houses a unique art bookshop with a dedicated reading area and onsite café. BMB’s holistic concept is for the gallery to be a truly interactive space – a cultural hub which welcomes and connects people from different walks of life with art.

As well as specialising in international art, the gallery represents the work of outstanding emerging Indian contemporary artists, such as Dia Mehta, PS Jalaja and Sonia Jose.
