Only, painting has given her a creative way to express her inner feelings. Art has added a new dimension to her life that is reflected in her works. Arti once lived amidst beautiful surroundings, next to river Jehlum. Across the immense green valley, white peaks rising against the sky, whiteness of snow flakes, the emergence of sunrays from behind the mountains, the immense spread of flowers in the foreground, the elemental vastness of the skies - was her world. Her heart always seeks peace in nature. Her works depict beauty and hope for a peaceful life, free of terrorism. She tries to paint only happiness on her canvases - colours that are radiant, without any trace of suffering. In her works she explores different media - oil, charcoal, soft pastels and derives motivation from - the wonders and hues of mother earth.

"I don't feel the need to consciously make a form. Sometimes I feel that it's a supernatural power guiding me with my selection of colors and forms. The emerging forms have a mystical aura about them." - Sangeeta Jindal
