07/13/10 at 12:09 AM (by georgia): This photo was taken in the winter in the Paris metro station at the Denfert Rochereau stop. I had been visiting the Montparnasse cemetary close by and was filled with the nostaligia of that visit. I saw the metro tunnel as a kind of metaphor for our passage into the next life.
