He has exhibited at Roberts and Tilton, Los Angeles (2001); Gagosian Gallery, New York (2002); Suite 106, New York (2003); Post, Los Angeles (2004); Newman Popiashvili, New York (2005); and Angela Hanley, Los Angeles (2006), Weisman Museum, Malibu (2007),  Shaheen Modern and Contemporary Art, Cleveland (2008), Western Project , Los Angeles (2009).

His work has been written about in Art Review, Art Papers, Artillery, Zing Magazine, Artnet.com, Dialogue, Artweek, The LA Times, and The Cleveland Plain Dealer.  Michael's work addresses the disintegration of reality through manipulated media, the disruptive nature of white noise, and the allure of seductive surfaces.
